I had a very poor experience here today. I came in for a routine oil change and ended up waiting over 4 hours. To make matters worse, the manager tried to put another driver ahead of me. Even after she checked the cameras and confirmed I was there first, she was extremely rude and aggressive toward me. Very unprofessional service—they don't respect a driver's time. Here name is Ashley.

The techs did a great job. My 3 star rating is because I was told I can't be in the bay while they service my truck. New policy is what I was told. THE ONLY REASON I take my truck to speedcois because I'm able observe and make sure everything gets done my way. Not a big deal! I will be servicing myself from now on. Good luck Speedco. Take care

These people are horrible. Misdiagnosed my truck so I told them to put my batteries back because that’s not the problem. They got mad and the manager told them to take their batteries out and leave my batteries and hardware all over the area where my truck was. This lady needs to be fired. Never use this place. Now you talking about talking to lady who did this. The general manager needs to be let go. She hiring inexperienced help that ready can’t do much but change batteries. Then he tried to jump the truck an it popped load as soon as he turned it to 12 volts. Do not trust these people with your expensive equipment. They are going to throw parts at it. The General manager is Maria and she is the one who did all of this. Never said I wasn’t going to pay for what they did. It’s 1 hour labor for batteries. I want to know why she did this? Fire her asap. I’ll be on the phone with corporate in the morning. If you think it’s not the truth, check the cameras on Friday about 3pm on the back side where you pull in, 2nd bay from the road

Very good and fast roadside rim and tire change out. Anthony was fast efficient and had a good work ethic. Thank you Anthony for getting us back on the road. Best speedo experience we have had while trucking. Steve and Megan give big shout out

7/28/25 13:00 come to slowco for a pm with my own oil filter and the cashier said that it doesn’t matter if you have your own filter. They have to charge you the same price for a PM service. They are always trying to destroy your wallet. And now they want to check all your tires, lights, mirrors and batteries tested. Before starting with your oil change or PM . So be aware that you are going to be there for Long time.

My Volvo 760 truck was locked due to brakes. I came to Speedeco. The mechanic here made a mistake in judgment, which caused me to waste a lot of time. I stayed for two days. After replacing the parts, the problem was not solved. Fortunately, James found the problem in time and solved it during the maintenance. He is really great. I hope the leaders here will find and reuse him.

If you're lucky and get here with no trucks ahead of you it'll be all hands on deck and you'll be out fast. If not you'll still be taken care of in a timely fashion. Be careful walking around and if you have slip resistant shoes, make sure to wear them. Spotty service.
